Dear Jen -

We're disappointed you want to leave early, but we're okay with it, if you can provide us with a specific date. We'll need to know the exact date so we can arrange for another renter.

Please just let us know by this Friday the date you'll be out and the house will be available, so we can inspect.

Someone will be there tomorrow morning, 1/24, to repair and replace the spot in the kitchen.

Good luck to both of you!

hell yeah! and now to start figuring out a plan for the move. and to ask my boss for some time off this week. i think i'm going to need it.

note: holy shit, another renter? all they're going to do is replace the damaged part of the ceiling and the broken tiles in the bathroom. it takes a lot more than that to get rid of mold. (at least that's what i've read on the internets)

Yes, it does take a LOT more than that to get rid of mold. When we find out one of our trailers has black mold in it, we usually just total the trailer and dispose of it. We're talking trailers with values well over $10k...it is that big of a health issue and that hard to get rid of.

ugh. i am so glad we're moving. i can't believe they aren't going to do more to fix this. and i'm really pissed that they didn't do anything when i called them about the water leak months ago.
